We also manufacture Mobile Weighbridge which does not need any foundation for installation. All you need to set a Mobile Weighbridge that is a hard surface on which load cell plates rest. With saving time, a mobile weighbridge also saves huge cost too. A standard weighbridge may take 2 – 3 months in construction of foundation and installation of complete platform while Mobile weighbridge just requires 2 hours in installation and operation. You also effortlessly shift a mobile weighbridge from one place to another. The modular design helps in easy cost effective transportation and re-installation.
Mobile weighbridge is a steel fabricated modular platform and we supply it with complete ramps. The top plate is steel checkered. We provide the machine with the bottom frame which is fabricated or steel. The load cells are installed between the bottom frame and the top frame. The bottom frame substitutes the traditional foundation. The bottom frame just needs a smooth hard surface on which it rests.
